respray costs?

want to get sidestrips, mirror caps, door handles and rear 172 bumper resprayed... ive had a very quick look arround and got some quotes and most say £100 for all the moldings and £100(ish) for the rear bumper

all this will be in silver MV632

is this about average or is there places cheaper? can anyone recomend places in the eastmidlands thats cheap but good?

thanks I know if I go cheap it may not be up to really high standards but surely would be better than me doing it myself?
