Reverse Lights

So today i was reversing and now i have no reverse lights.

Im guessing that its not the Reverse Light Switch on the gear box as when i select reverse the rear wiper still activates so that would indicate that its still working (so i have read from other forums)

Im going down the road of bulbs and fuses just now but can anyone tell me what fuse it takes and if so where it is located ?
If its not this i have also heard it could be the UCH module under the drivers footwell but would this only stop reverse lights working ?

unplug the switch and short the plug out and see if you've got lights then, i've had two now where the switch has been fine but a bit worn so it only just makes contact when you go in to reverse but drops as soon as you let go of the lever.

Just going to by a switch as its seems intermittent.

They never worked today and now they are working fine, Changed all my rear bulbs for new bulbs and then they stopped working and 10mins up the road they worked fine.

My reverse lights have stopped working and I honestly don't know where to start really. Both lamps are fine so I think it's the sensor. I did manage to get them on once but I can't again. Can I access the switch from inside or do I have to take a lot of in the underside? Any photos?

n/s wheel arch and it's just below and behind 5th gear casing, if you're quick changing it you'll hardly drop any oil.

Cheers, car ended up in rentec this morning anyway after a lovely tapping sound developed....(see other thread with moaning attached)

mine was intermittent on my flamer too, worked when it wanted to, new switch solved it.
remember removing the switch starts a flow of box oil, have plenty rags on the floor and be quick lol
