Runs fine as far as know. Not worth bothering then? Although it's only about £40

I changed mine last week (car has done 72K) it ticks over and "seems" to run a little smoother, but my spark plugs looked nackered LOL

Lots of people say only use NGK ones, don't know why but rest are ment to be naff.

Also if i do it myself do I really need a new gasket thing?

Nah. Never bothered on the Cup tbh. If it leaks, it'll idle all erratic then so you'll know if its fooked ;)

Where are you having the rolling road?

I got mine done when I had the cam belt, etc done at 70K. Didn't seem to do much, but the book does say to change them every 72K...so sometimes best to do it a bit earlier.

Although it honestly shouldn't make too much difference on the RR if there's nothing wrong with them right now.

i use bosch in mine also,,, when someone prooves to me why not to then i may go along with it.
all this ngk or die rubbish is nonsense.
and yeah the plugs that were in my engine origionally gave me a bad flat spot at low revs and that was less than 70k

mine were mullered a 51k, got a set from my local factors that were identicle to the factory ones for around £25

oooh no iv used super Bosch super 4's my engine is gonna blow up LOL..

If anybody can prove why there so bad compared to NGK plugs i wil gladly let them buy me a set and swap them over, just to prove their point ;)

because there's a technical note from renault saying to use NGK ONLY! thats why!!! also my "friend" who looks after all of the uk R-sport engines for the championships also says NGK ONLY

sounds pretty gospel to me. And for the price difference I don't know why you wouldnt go NGK tbh.
I certinally think they're lambdas are better quality
