if youre talking about just replacing the plastic bit that spins making contact with the dis cap, it just pulls off and you stick the new one on, it only fits one way. If however youre talking about the bit that the rotor arm fits onto ie the metal rotating bit, its a bigger job I believe and you need more advice which I cant give as its got a lot to do with the timing of the car.
