Silver + white are too close in contrast. Dark blue + silver = win.

I am more against black wheels than Hitler was against Jews but I think, possibly, maybe, you could get away with them. Especially with your new love of detailing.
I think you've sort of hit the middle spot. Not classic silver and not dark enough. I suppose having the wrong colour wheels matches having the wrong colour car.
