rs tuner maps

hi all
i have just bought an RS Tuner and from what i can gather there are several types of maps availble. whats the difference between them all and what ne would be best suited to my car i have
silenced de-cat and reccesed zoorst, matched inlets and a cheap cone filter which im in the process of changing

i think all the free maps on their site are generic maps and you have to pay for a custom mapped download.

i understand that but is there a map for tourque hp etc or is it just one code or custom

You download the map that's relative to your existing software on the ECU.
