There's 3 cal files on fastchip does anyone know which is the best one and I didn't write ecu first does that matter.

so long as you read the ecu (.rst and .cal files) to back up your original setup.
As I understand it in a basic form, You should write the ECU (.rst) first as this is the main software update and then write the .cal file that matches your car ie CB22 etc that file then tweaks the main file to your car setup.
Check your VIN number for which file to use its the CB21, CB22 or CB6K your looking for.
