RStuner rev limit?

if i was to have a map put on my car by an rstuner could i chose the rev limit or is there a set one?

Dont have 7800rpm.
Not good for bottom end. 7500 max. No power above there anyway.

The set one is 7800rpm but I see no reason why they wouldn't lower it if you asked. I never go above 7k anyway as the power drops off too quick and as said it not particually brilliant for the engine!!
