Depends how many fat mates you have in the back, and how full of speakers your boot is.
Ideal ride height is wiht the arse end higher them the front, if you measure from the sill mine is just under 120mm at the front and about 125-130 at the back, and i'm gonna raise that up abit, in an attempt to improve the handling
