Didn't take many pics today or much video (cheers maz and j3ned for some filming) as most of my time was either spent queing or doing runs, hi to everyone else I said hello to, my times were...

15.555 at 90.76
15.493 at 90.19
15.114 at 90.92
15.063 at 89.94
14.667 at 91.86

Nice one Dave,

This was 1st time I have taken a car on the strip. My fastest time of the day was a 14.804 92.67mph which isn't bad for a stock 172 (bar panel filter).

I finally broke 15 barrier in the afternoon just after they dried the track.
I saw J3ned's car do a 13 which was impressive and the KTec run a low 13.

Very impressive time mate for a panel filter! Mine can't be running right surely! :S (saying that, my tires could have done with losing a few psi apparently).

I didn't know it was your first time as well. Well Done dipping into the 14s.

I think I need some mods to get into the low 14s.

One of mine was with it on (not the fastest), the rest were with it off, prefer it off to be honest mr edt.

Who's was the Cup that did the 14.0 then? Was that someone making a farting noise when they seen the KTEC Turbo 172's time?

Thats ok Mike, yeah I did get the car on the strip yesterday but my times wern't anything to write home about cause it was my first time (drag strip virgin) ;) lol and the car was carrying far too much weight (e.g full fat, Ice etc) just wanted to try it to see what it was like and I did so I am well pleased with myself and it was a right good day :)

A 13 ???????? you takin the pi55........12.5 & 12.6 all day !!!! :)

K - tec did a 13.9 on the race i saw - nice motor though

I was there in my Blue Valver, first time at the pod and enjoyed it. best time of the day for me was 15.920 in my standard bar de-cat valver.
Think it would of been quicker if i didnt have 1/2 tank of fuel lol.
