any one on here got it ?

are they having problems with it ?

or is this normal ?

basically my dads 172 has it, but when you start the car the clock always says 1oclock after about 5 mins it goes normal,even if you set it and switch off the ignition it goes back to 1oclock (my dad is very p*ssed off with this)

its been back to reno but they are at a loss at the min !

any ideas peeps ?

I have Sat Nav, it rocks..

Oh, and I dunno about the Renault Sat Nav.. its a VDO Dayton unit.. so maybe ask on some forums there?

VDO MS5000 if its the colour version with TMC..

ive no idea what model it is, its just the standard renault one

Is it colour? If yes, its the VDO MS5000, if its Black and White, its the MS3000 - afaik.

After the 5 mins, its going to be right cus itll set it from the GPS data.. maybe the unit has a battery which is flat - or not charging so its loosing the time - theres a computing unit, maybe its that? I know on computers when the battery is flat it looses time etc..
