Saving facebook to a document?

Any top tips, the picture below should explain why. Would like to keep as much as the template as possible and be able to edit the text so no to print screening...

Save it as a HTML page and edit the content in MS Word (or even better something like DreamWeaver or FrontPage if you have them). Then you can edit away.

Thanks, could it be my choice to use Open Office and not owning MS Word thats giving me grief? Have to do some software acquisition...

Id just PrtScr and then add your own text over the top with Photoshop.
