Screeching noise when rurning wheel when stationary not all the time just now and again can any one

When I turn the steering wheel I get a screeching noise it seem to do it more to the right then left and it's only when I'm stationary or going slow also keep getting a noise from what seems like the right back wheel like humming noise but with a tone any ideas thanks in advance

You had your belts done recently?
I had screechy steering when stationary and it was due to the aux belt tensioner being angled toward the rear of engine bay causing belt to slip.

Rear humming could be bearings..

I get the screeching. Not got a clue what it is either. I've had it for a while now though.
