Seat Problems, pics inside.

I had a problem where the seat would not roll all the way back, once i took the side panel off i noticed a little black block in the runner plus a little silver block about half way up the rails preventing the seat going all the way back.

Now i just need to know what they are and how can i get replacements?
I have also had to disconnet the seat release cable as once its used it not click the seat back into lock.

This exact thing happened to mine with the silver bit. Couldn't work out where it was meant to be.
I just replaced the runner on that side. Easy.

Did ya get the runner off ebay?

Luckily I had a spare seat, so swapped it off that. But yea you could get it there, or at a scrappy.
You only need to replace the one side. Don't even need to remove the seat to do it.

Very common problem and yes just easier to buy replacement sliders.

that little thing you have pictured is what causes the mechanism to lock back into place when you slide the seat all the way back after tilting to allow access to rear seats.
Sadly they do have a tendancy to break and I dont think you can really replace them

Is it possible to get sliders from a drivers side to fit the passenger side? Just thinking about the height thing too..

All 4 sliders are the same iirc
