SELLING FEE'S!!!????

Hi i have just logged onto my ebay account and it says fee's due £31.97 and i have only sold 1 thing on there in the last month and i only fort you had to pay to list the item if it sells??? :nono:

All adds up and fee's are getting higher and higher... I used to sell loads of stuff through there over 2000 feedback but cant really be arsed with their stupid rules and rip off fee's anymore

so they charge you the listing fee's on everything even if it doesnt sell, because i was under the impression and also read it somewhere that they only make you pay the fee's if the ite actually sells?

Yeah of course they charge you, i think you get a reduced rate of you click relist and it sells second time, not 100% up to date on the rules anymore...

er, its a business they dont let you advertise for free. you pay to list and then you pay a percentage of your eventually selling price

you pay a listing fee regardless of whether it sells or not and if it does happen to sell you also pay a final value fee... which is a percentage of the final amount that the item sold for... ebay make thousands a day from their ripoff fees! makes me sick!

You might of been thinking of free listing days that they have sometimes as a promotion. Only happen every so often though. Or list any item for 5p days.

Ebay take u for a ride so much. You pay to list regardless if it sells, if it sells they take a further % and if you get paid through paypal (owned by ebay) and have a premium account they charge a further %! But £31? what did you sell a very expensive car?

Also deleting all your details does nothing, they still have details on record and send the debt collectors over
