Walk into Halfords.... Pick up Bits.... Pay for them... Job done ;)

Failing that Renault will supply parts or any other high street Motor Factors.

I want to do this too, but thinking maybe leave it to rentec to do it when I get my new exhaust at the same time.

I was looking for a list actually. is it just the usual with 172 noncup?

air filter (new one put on already),
oil - filter looks a nightmare to get to/change, which is best? I heard silkolene is, currently have 5l of carlube fully synthetic 5w40 - is this ok?,
fuel filter - no idea as yet even where this is as have not had a mk2ph2 clio before lol,
bleed brakes/replace fluid - will read the guides I suppose,
pollen filter - can this be done yourself or is it a b@stard?

Best oil depends where your using the car etc. Silkline is popular but nothing amazing. The carlube stuff should be fine.

Fuel filters fine for 150k

Polen filters easy remove the scuttle panel on the drivers side undo the bolt covering the slot and replace the filter.

Servicing rules/time/whats done etc (172/182)

do I need a new gasket for removing that part?.. sorry to be so dumb mate. I guess I need a haynes manual. had one for all my other cars, but virtually vowed not to touch this one myself as I thought I'd keep the book all signed up by renault specialists as it has been. but guess the credit crunch is even getting me now.

Nope no need for a gasget the cover is held in place with 2 nuts facing forward easy enough to remove its just there so in a crash the injectors won't hopefully leak fuel.
