setting up i phone help

just installed i tunes but when connected to my phone it says something about software and i need to run 64 bit

what does this mean
im using windows 7 on laptop if that makes any difference

64 bit windows is designed for a user with more than 3gb of ram. you dont NEED to run the 64 bit iirc, i could be wrong tho.

64 bit will run 32 bit, you just dont get the benefit of 64 bit, but its always better to run 64 bit if you have a 64 bit system.

wont make much difference with a iPoo tho.
