ShopTo customer service (venting my frustration)

So on Wednesday last week I ordered a bundle from ShopTo; PS4 + 4 games, reduced in price with a Rakuten code. They normally despatch same day if you order before 5PM, and in this instance they didn't, so I guessed something was up. I phoned them Thursday to ask, they said it was because one of the games advertised in the bundle was out of stock, fair enough. So on the phone he said they will honour the order, the game out of stock should be in by the middle of next week; I choose to take this option.

Then come today, I get an email saying the order has been cancelled, phone them up and they tell me they've had to cancel the order because they now don't know when the game will be in. I'm a bit annoyed, because it's quite a good deal and they told me they would honour it.

Then, to rub it in, I could've used the Rakuten deal on any other items they had, so I could've just bought the console on the cheap without the games, but by the time I know they've cancelled my order, they're all out stock. I'm a bit pissed of now, I've missed a sweet deal because they've kept me waiting and then let me down - I phone them and tell them this, and they just say sorry there's not anything we can do we've got no stock now.

Not really on is it? :rage:
