Should i change my shocks??

Am going to put some lowering springs on my car 90mm rear and 65-70mm, ive got 40mm springs on standard shocks and they are fine should i change the shocks for 90mm rear and 65-70mm front lowering springs? If i should what is a good shock to put on???
