side skirts

anyone know of some side skirts that look like the mk1 172s but that can fit on a non 172 model ?

When I had a Clio 1.4 16V I was interested in the 172 spoiler for the car...they gave me a quote for the part unpainted and unfitted...Im sure theyll be able to provide the parts to you to get fitted...

u can get some 172 style sideskirts from primaracing, i emailed them and they said they are 125 quid for the pair unpainted.

viceroy, as fas as I know the skirts from the 172, wont fit cos of the front fenders are shaped differently and the skirts fit "into" the fender at the bottom (does that make sense?)

do you know of anyplaces here in SA that could help ?

As far as I know the 172 fender has more flared arches, and at the front where the wider bumper is accomodated. I would have thought the back part of the fender would still fit since the actual body isnt changed much.

You might try giving Sportech a call http://www.sportech.co.zawww.sportech.co.za as they specialise in this sort of thing but I dont know if they have Renault parts (big problem in SA)

http://www.slikcars.co.zawww.slikcars.co.za have a kit, looks bloody aweful. I gave them an e mail and will hear what they say, all I want is that nice clean line of the 172 skirt.........
