Open the doors.
Theres a little black bung towards the rear of the car on the doors, remove that with a covered flat blade.
Undo posi drive screw.
Put slight pressure on the bump strip on the door and push towards rear of car, pull towards you.
Put slight pressure on the bump strip on the rear quarter and push towards front of car, pull towards you.
Done.
(Screw may or may not be there)
