I have a chance to purchase one of these for £360. Worth it or shall i put the money towards a D90?

Which version? There is:

Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 EX DG APO Macro HSM
Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 APO EX DG Macro HSM II

If it's the II, it's a good price, but if it's the original that's not a massive saving, assuming it's second-hand.

Cracking lens though, I would always be inclined to get glass over a body, personally, and this isn't one you would need to replace.
