sigma alarm assistance

i have a sigma alarm fitted to the clio, but only have 1 fob for it. i bought it like that, but am having trouble trying to find there website to get another 1.

obviously, you can get 1 from a shop, but i need to find the exact model of the alarm for insurance purposes. i also need the pin number for the keypad..should i lose the keypad i have now!

any phone numbers or websites would be awesome.
