Size of front shock bolts?

What size are the 2 bolts that join the bottom of the front struts to the hub on phase 2 172's?

On the Ph1, they are M14's x ? (cant remember the length off the top of my head

Sorry, meant the size of the head for a socket. I have heard 17mm, 18mm and 21mm.
