sky hd rf output

i know how to adjust the rf output on my sky + box but how do i do it on the hd box?

press services http://www.radioandtelly.co.uk/skyhd.html
0 0 1 then select
scroll across to rf outlets inbetween tel settings and tuning
drop down to rf outlet power supply, turn to on
