nice machine & very good price, i have not seen pcoption before.

If you plan to run 64bit Vista then look to double up on memory, memory is soo cheap at the moment it is silly not to.

I dont really want vista but dont want to pay for XP again and then have to upgrade in 1 year. If Ubuntu was a little more compatable with a lot of programs and a tad more user friendly I would make the move away from Windows altogether.

Ive found the same kinda spec for £541, including Vista Premium... not got keyboard,mouse, monitor though...

the quad core is about £50 more on that site and hardly any apps use quad core yet and by the time they do there will be a whole new range of processors available

The above system looks ok Josh but that graphics card is a bit pants. the 8800gt is a bit of a beast and should run most games on high settings.

Gonna invest in a new 22" tft but waiting until next year and grab a bargin. My old 19"crt ive had 3 years will do me till then!
