Oh...

Colleague had told me she had dropped the pavement outside her house so in the rush of traffic I swung it up and heard a very minor scuff (Heard much worse)

Then it came to leave and I had to reverse off the pavement at a little pace as was reversing onto the road and heard a hell of a noise.

Got home to the above

Think its going to be a cheap knock off splitter from now on as I cant be bothered to spend another £100+ on splitter number 4.

Yep

Splitter was looking tired anyway but I just hate the look of the car without a splitter so i will be ringing Skoda and jumping on the cheap splitter bandwagon even though I dont think any of them look as good as a genuine cup splitter.

So far I've had -

OE Splitter - Bunny decided to headbutt that one.
Gloss CF Splitter - Combination of country roads cracking it and then another bunny headbutting it
Matte CF Splitter - My fault not checking the angle/height of the pavement

Front bumper looks naked without them, strange how just a piece of plastic makes all the difference. I just replaced mine with one of those cheap Skoda splitters.

I think I paid £12 for it IIRC. There's a thread on here of what they look like. Tbh very few people ever noticed the difference after I'd fitted it.

Gotta be the Skoda splitter mate, its flexible as well as cheap, gave mine an almighty scuff a few weeks back on a driveway entrance and it's still standing...

It's mostly held together with zip ties mind

Skoda splitter is where its at, its soft and flexiable, so if you do catch it on the kurb, like I have a few times, it bends and doesn't rip off
Looks good too, like you guys say, sets off the bumper along with the 3/4 plate
