some advice with lowering please.

im wanting to lower my clio and wasnt sure what to get suspension wise and also how low to go?

some people say 30mm is enough and some people say its not?

Also is 30mm the lowest springs they do without having to get coilovers etc?

Any advice or any pics to help me would be great.

any more than 40mm and a full kit is needed but you dont have to get coilovers but imo its best if its a full kit

Coilovers are quite expensive,especially H&R's. I found my FK's are pretty good value. These look like a bargain for a traditional uprated setup as long as -30mm is enough.
