Sony explod changer to normal sony hu

Would this Mp3 changer work on my sony head unit, ive currently got a sony 10 disc changer, but looking to put an mp3 changer in instead.

Im not sure what my head unit is exactly, but its a quite common one that plays mini disks from halfrauds about 4 years ago. (see pic)

Yeah wouldnt see why not, i had that head unit that plays mini discs and had a similar cd changer with it, think i had the older version of that change but it worked fine
