some of you will remember my post about a dumper truck reversing into my car on may day !

well today is the third time uk assistance, stetchford has brought it back and its still crap everytime it comes back it has more damage
the driver helped me spot about 14 things wrong with it just sooo back it goes
just called direct line and complained again and one of there engineers will call me this week

I had this with uk assistance in Wakefield, mine come back with a dent in the door and air bag / service light on, after complaining loads to the " Manager / Tosspot in charge " Ended up taking it to Renault in Bradford to sort it out paying for the repairs myself I was soooooo mad at the time.

smae problem with them before aswell, they bought my 106 back with a scratch the width of the boot, needless to say it went back, got it sorted in the end,

just discusting how many times it can be mucked up and they have a quality control there so i was told when i called them "its in quality control it will be ready for you tomorrow" lol

aye demand it goes to a different garage, my old clio went back twice everytime something else wrong so I demanded they took it to a garage near me to sort everything out. people of bolton stay clear of h samsons for repair!

I had big problems with ensign, got my car bact twice with a list of faulty work carried out. Still trying to get compensation

Happened with my dads car, went in to be fixed after an isurance claim, and 6 months down the line it had been in a further 9 times to fix faults that the insurance companys garaged had caused. One of which was chunks out of the alloys where the inbred wagon driver had secured the car with, and put the metal buckles on the alloys.!?
