Do i just stick it on? ive never used it before myself.

think sometimes heating it up makes it easier to apply tom, hairdryer time

Dont heat it up too much or it just sticks to the backing paper, the more you use the better so go get some more! lol

Hes right. This stuff is like a belladonna back plaster. DO NOT OVERHEAT.
