Well done Steviant it's based on a VW Beetle chassis although this one has a Golf 1.8 Turbo engine mid engine layout. Sorry no prizes but admiration for your automobile knowledge/research.

No it didn't run, looked to be some major issues with it sadly. Supposedly it is one of Colin's WRC cars!

Found out the car is ok was due to it being very COLD!! yes it is an ex-works car you can find out the history if you google the number plate.

Ah good thats it's all ok. With all the smoke billowing out of the exhaust once he finally got it fired up we thought the turbo went pop.

i went to this was good didn't get there till the afternoon didn't see the focus . Some stupidly quick cars there and the escorts always sound amazing.
