i've recently bought my first car (clio 1.4 rt) and am looking at upgrading the ICE. i've decided that i don't want to spend much at all (i would rather save the money for a new car) so decided on just swapping out the front speakers with some coaxials. the kenwood head unit fitted only outs 30 watts RMS per channel, so obviously i don't think i need anything beefy.
looking here and here i see some 5.25" speakers start from £12.99. is it worth bothering with this, will i even hear a difference? i'll spend forty/fifty quid if need be, but is it worth it if i'm not gonna amp them?
any recommendations on speakers would be appreciated.
