what settings do you put for your downloading,

i put d/loading to unlimited and uploading to 20kbs, and currentley get on average 140ish kbs d/loading, what settings do you have?

I've heard its best to put the upload on 0 so there is no traffic going out of your router, its all focussed on downloading

The lower the upload the faster your download will be as a general rule, but if you want to increas speeds and are using Azureus, its the maximu connections per torrent you want to be playing around with.

They don't - you just share what you're currently downloading. Look on wikipedia or google bit-torrent if you're bored!
