sport bumpers on a 04 extreme

hi guys, will a 172/182 rear bumper go directly on a 04 extreme. i know the front will need modding just not sure bout the rear. Also, my mum in law doin a project 4 college, any1 know where she can get rolls of leather (car seat quality) cheap?
