spraying and lackering in glasgow or east kilbride

i posted yesterday that i removed my renault and clio badges on the back on my car. it has left 3 holes on the left and 2 on the right. i got quoted 150 to get this filled and sprayed and lackered. is that about right or do u think i could do it my self with a bit on instruction. help would be appreciated

body shop will probably do a similar method lol
