Spring Help!

  Clive the Clio no. 2
Just been on europerformace this afternoon because i need to lower my mk3,

right so...

i came across...

1. Apex 35mm lowering springs - £81.52 + £9.95 delivery.
2. H&R 45mm Lowering springs - 121.61 + £8.95 delivery.

Which ones?

there is a £40 difference in price and only an extra 10mm drop,

I have got the extra £40 quid, i just dont want to spend over £100 on springs.

i dont want it slammed, i just want the mahoosive space between wheel and wheel arch to dissapear (sp)!

Any thoughts and opinions?

apex are good springs and tbh they say 35 but you will see a fair drop from them,i know certainly on the 172/82 they seem to be the lowest stance before coilovers.

me and the wife have apex on ours but mine arent as low as hers due to being 3 weeks old.you will se a drop but once settled it really is quite a difference from new vs old.

hope this helps:cool:

no they're on mk1 172's,i'm just sayin that they may say 35mm but in actual fact the more use they get the lower they go,mine is 35mm now but wifes is more like 45.
