springs or springs and dampers

wid new 40mm apex springs, wud i need dampers or is it sufficiant wid origionals?

As i said Jay uprated dampers combined with the springs are good because the dampers will have full travel unlike OE ones. Youll get better ride and handling.

£200 isnt really a lot of money for the benefit you will get.

I have just springs, and its fine.. -35mm..

Of course, full kits are better but I dont see anything wrong with just springs myself.
