the foam etc is like a degreaser so it removes more of the s**t off ur car, so when washing less swirls etc, superspray is a £10 thats what i used and use any good products with it

I rinse the car 1st with the hoselock as normal....fire on the foam with the gilmour, let it sud up on its own, leave it to run down the car for 5-10 mins, rinse off again with the hoselock then wash with the grit guard bucket(s) as normal.

In this weather i've been doing the sud process twice as there is a lot of salt etc on the roads jus now.

Think I am going to get myself one of those gilmour bad boys... the microfibre mitt doesn't foam up nearly as well as a sponge, and at this time of year the more grime that can be cleaned without any surface friction the better!

I've got a gilmour but the real 'clingy foam' comes from davidg's and shooters foam lance attatchments for a pressure washer.

Same price as a gilmour but gilmour runs from an ordinary hose so less hassle!!

same as me, just PCd the car, and am very careful when cleaning but noticed quite a few new imperfections since the summer.

id be up for a group buy of one of these bad boys.
