Steering wheel with no horn...

If I was to get a wheel with no horn, what are my options?
I know of the ph1 stalk but are there any other ways?
I was thinking of just making a button for it? Is never used apart from MOT test really.

2 pole push to make switch with a bracket to sit across the wheel would do it, that's all my momo effectively has, then wire into existing horn wiring
