Hi is there a aftermarket head unit that can be installed to a 182 2004 that will work with the steering wheel control stem??

Loads of them fella. Almost all stereos with a remote input will be able to interface with the steering controls, through a stalk adapter, which you can get from MT AUDIO on here.
