Stock 182 Internals With Turbo

When I first ran mine the actuator preload was all to pot. It spiked at over 30psi the first time it came on boost. It was absolutely ballistic for that 1.5 seconds it took my pea sized brain to process it and react 😂.

@Yazan Juma - the f4r is pretty happy with 7psi. Anything from around 10 or above without any other mods and you’re asking for big trouble

Depends on the size of your turbo. But 7 to 10psi is considered safe (when mapped to suit) on a 172 engine with a t25.

Most engines are old worn and knackered, something will break.

The turbo is the smallest stock turbo for Subaru Impreza
And the engine was rebuilt by February 2023 so everything is hopefully good
