stock colour coded bumpers - where

hi, im looking for some stock colour coded bumpers for a clio mk1 phase 3 (p-reg). does anyone know where i can find some of these?

im also wanting to know if there is a front splitter availble for the clio mk1? if not does anyone know if a splitter from a different car can be butchered to fit?

are there any splitters available to fit a mk1? i know there are ones for the 16v a willy but what about a bog standard clio?
