Stock shocks or keep the Apex spring?

  Clio 172 MkII
HI all, been a while on this forum and i am from Australia and here is my situation.

i changed all the engine mount and apex spring in the same time Mar last year.

And 3 weeks ago,my nightmare begin,1st i heard some whining sound and rumbling sound coming up from the front of the car....1st i through it was due to the tire is gone,i changed 4 new tires (RS-2),after that the sound still there, and checked that the front left hand bearing and ball joint have been gone too....
so i changed both of them....

But the car still drive like shxt and vibrating when over 60mph....

then 1 week later,p/s fluid leak......:dead:

go to Renault specialist yesterday and except from the leak, the vibrating was cos by broker Left hand wheel hub, left hand drive shaft.

Do u guys think the broken wheel hub and drive shaft is because the car have been lowered?(only lowered less than a year...)

Should i put my stock spring back in?

Timing belt and aux belt due at the same time too.....(my car have been driven 110K km)

So end up here is the list to be done

-Timing belt + Aux belt + the big bearing in the lower part of the engine..
-Front left hand drive shaft + Left hand Wheel Hub
-Power steering leak from the hose

End up cost me about $1000 in total.......is this price reasonable?

Thanks all....
