Might be worth adding that you'll still be able to remove them with sikaflex - it's a flexible adhesive.

dunno what ya mean, you maybe thinkin of a different thing to me but if they sikaflex the mouldings on, i can stand on them and hold onto the roof and they wont budge, and ima fat b*****d.

only way to remove sikaflex is to cut it away. you wont be able to take off the bumpstrips again without hassle, BUT you certainly wont get any more rattles from em.

dont listen to rip3z, hes a jabberwock

Yes don't listen to me I'm a jabberwock.

Must be thinking of a different thing for sure lol - I thought sikaflex was very similar to the stuff used to hold the door cards on in the mk1's.

In that case - I have a question! What's the product that holds the door cards on in mk1's Mr PieEater sir?

I want some of it and was told it's called sikaflex lol - good job I haven't bought any yet.

just thought about this n instead of spending money..

try taking off the mouldings and roll up some bubble wrap and poke it inside, tape it down so the bubble wrap is excess slightly, so when you push the moulding back on, itll need a decent push, but the air bubbles should stop it from rattling.

so yea.. bubblewrap!
