Rob, are you sure every phone in the house has a filter?
Just checking as this is a huge problem when people dont do this.
Next step is to plug a RJ 45 cable into the router and do a constant ping to say bbc.
Start>Run>CMD. Type ping -t bbc.co.uk
Let it run, see if it timesout. Repeat and then if it timesout during a rj45 then i would phone sky and ask whats up.
sounds like you dont have a microfilter on one socket.
are you using wireless connection? if so try it wired via ethernet

http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/sky-router/772-sky-router-setup-configuration.htmlEvery thing is run of the same phone line socket and that has a filter.
Internet just went out. But I also couldn't even get the router config panel up at 192.168.0.1
So I'm guessing its a router problem ??
No point really trying to do a ping test if i can't view the routers control panel
