Subs renewal

My subs have not automatically renewed because my card details have changed. How do I renew my subs please.

You're still showing as a member, so must have already renewed.

Weird, you were showing up with the blue member banner on my phone this morning, but now on PC you're not

There should be a renew button to click when you go to Club Memberships menu.

Your membership expired this morning.

I can see you paid using the stripe payment system, so rather than rejoining as above you can simply update your card details using the customer portal here:

https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/bIY3g9dkB3uW2qsaEE

Once the payment has completed successfully your membership will resume.

Hi there,

The notifications should stop shortly, the original invoice set up on the old card was still outstanding, but this has now been cancelled. A new one was automatically generated for the new card when you added it.

Let me know if you still have issues.
