Sunroof on the Valver.

Theres a problem with the sunroof on my valver, basically.. When you open the sunroof, the motor pin moves up (or down.. not sure) and so the cog doesnt catch properly and so the sunroof wont close. weve just taken it all apart, unscrewed the 3 screws holding up the motor. I was told to take the motor out, push the pin back down, and push the motor back up into place, but i couldnt get the motor down, so we fiddled around while pressing the button and we think weve now got it closed (fingers crossed)

Has anyone else had the same problem? or could anyone give me some advice how to fix this? will it need the motor replacing? or just the pin that goes up and down when the motor is running.

Thought you were buying a RSI!???!!

I had a rattle in my sunroof(factory standard issue anyway!!) and it suddenly got worse, pulled the seals out and found 2 bolts in there, god knows where they came from but nothing fallen off YET
