Supaguard

  Mondeo STTDCI

What is it? What does it do? Is it worth getting on a new motor? How much should I pay?

its a protective interior and exterior package, imo its not worth it and you might get charged anything upto a couple of hundered by a dealer for it

I didnt bother with it, I was interested until I found out it doesnt pretect against bird sh*t, so thought whats the point!

PM me mate if you can. I did mean is it possible to get the dealers to throw it in for free or if anyone has got a decent deal on it?!

I got charged 100 quid for this and didnt even ask for it, I guess next time i should read the paperwork properly. Its not worth the monney buy a sh*t load of mequirs stuff intead ;)

The interior supaguard is wicked! not sure if the exterior one is worth it tho!

my mate spilled coke on his interior in his ZR and it just sat there! all he had to do is soak it up and it didnt even stain :D

supagaurds not as good as lifeshine (autoglym) we do both... charge around £299 for it, actaully costs £60 plus valeters time... is worth it,if only gor the interior treatment, technically is a rip off at that price but use it as a bargaining tool cos usually we will chuck it in for cost or free to close a deal( with our lifeshine you get a decent pack of cleaning kit aswell for free)

I did the AutoGlym lifeshine treatment on my car last week.My brother got the pack from where he works as a freebie.I did the lifeshine myself, very easy on and off and i did the interior which consists of a can of spray but its supposed to be good and i did the exterior glass with glass protectant.Did not bother with the screenwash boost and he got to keep the AutoGlym cleaning pack but i couldnt complain.

This stuff is supposed to be the Mutts nuts but after seeing what you get and applying it myself i wouldnt pay out of principle but its a damm shame AutoGlym do not sell it to Joe public..it would seel like crazy.

i got mine done for free by dealer (in and out). Washed it for 1st time last week and it came up looking better than when i picked it up!

My car was done by the previous owner, and it was meant to cost him £250 but he got it as a freebie.Everytime i was my car i get asked by people how long did i spend polishing it to get it shine like it does. All i do is was it in mequirs soft wash car wash stuff and give the wheels some autoglym cleaner then protector. The inside is holding up pretty well to considering i use it everyday and work on a building site.I have had it a month now and not really cleaned the inside (its not seen a hoover yet!) but its looks well clean still!

Had my car for 5 months and been very happy with the supagard. The dealer charged me £200 to do the outside and inside bit pricey but looks really good after its been washed, and no polishing!!!!!!
