Suspension strut mount question

Before leaving cadwell yesterday I checked my oil level etc for the trip home. I noticed that the right hand side suspension strut mount was sitting higher and squint. I thought maybe I had broken something, but I took another look today and it looks normal. The car drives fine and there were no problems on the 300 mile trip home. Do these move a little normally or should I be worried?

I took a pic today, is "strut mount" the correct term for this?

mine are the same mate im putting new shocks on this sat and i bet they sit just like yours and they do have a bit of movement too esp when you turn ya steering wheel

yeah it's normal mate, whas your wheel turned when you first looked?

if the wheels are turned, they'll be a all kinds of funny angles

The wheels were turned I think, so sounds normal thankfully. Thanks guys
